Holy Cow Steak Hotel, Jakarta

Location and ambience:
A small Steak joint at South Jakarta . Very popular that it could mean a long wait to get a table (tip: ask to
sit at next door restaurant called "Raja Api",  just remember to order drinks from Raja Api.   Crowd is couples and families with casual clothing (they're here for the steak and only that,  nothing stylish need to be worn).

Food
Good quality meat with good simple traditional recipe (they probably use only simple italian herb seasoning),   They also provide a choice of sauces : mushroom, BBQ, black pepper - but I would rather go without them to keep the juiciness and natural flavor of the meat.
The wagyu is of course best (and most expensive) choice.  However simple australian and new zealand are also acceptable.  Tip : don't order Buddy's special - their new offer of OZ beef which is advertized as very tender and juicy but turned out to be too mushy / tender that it seemed they used to much meat tenderizer.

Side dish are simple beans and french fries/mashed potatoes. Nothing special about these.   So are the drinks. Nothing special.  Wish they'd offer accompaniment like milkshakes.

Price
Value for money !  That might be why this place is always crowded.
